Bank Holiday Sunday 27th August sees a completely new event arrive at Wembley Stadium; All Elite Wrestling.
All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. It is considered the second largest wrestling promotion in the United States behind WWE.
This will be the first event held by AEW outside of the US, but its speculated with its continued success in the US, that the event will be a sell out in the UK.
AEW constantly fills events across the pond at TIAA Bank Field which is an American football stadium located in Jacksonville, Florida, that primarily serves as the home facility of the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL) and the headquarters of the professional wrestling promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). This stadium has a capacity of 67,814 people, with an expandable capacity of up to 82,000, meaning Wembley's 90,000 capacity should be a breeze to fill.
